reasons for this is that Im sick of the so called "UP TO 7Mb" connection that i have the highest speed i have ever gotten is around 4 Mb and my house is about 200 meters away from the exchange so it cant be that. at the moment i can only go with dsl as i havent got fibre optic yet the price i pay is 48 euro i think not including line rental so not willing to pay more than that as im already being ripped off thanks..

connection will mostly be used for xbox live with downloading films etc...

so either no usage cap or a high usage cap.

any advice is much appreciated.
