Replacing light fitting on Delmore Extrctor

lights are gone on extractor and the fittings seem to be soaked in grease. so going to try and replace the fittings. has anyone done this? cant seem to find how to disconnect. If I can't get these cleaned up and working again then I'll have to replace them with new fittings. Anyone know where I could get these? Cheers
