What is your tv viewing week currently like?

I was thinking of how many hours a week I watch tv and I dont think I watch that much. Just wondering how long people here spend watching TV.
    I currently watch

    Outcasts
    Supernatural
    V
    Modern Family
    Treme
    Family Guy
    Raising Hope
    American Dad
    Desperate Housewives
    The Event (finally back)
Miranda (just discovered this show and love it)
    Glee
    QI
    True Blood
    Harry Hills TV Burp
    Trivia

I have Boardwalk Empire, Nikita and Season 1 of The Vampire Diaries on a hard drive that I plan to watch at some stage but I think I watch enough as it is. I couldnt justify sitting down watching tv hour upon hour each day. Too much other stuff to do :D

As it is I tend to store up my viewing each week and watch it all Thursday - Saturday. Friday is the big viewing night for me as I watch V, American Dad, Raising Hope, Glee, Family Guy, Miranda, QI and Modern Family. All washed down with a bottle of wine and a big bag of Doritos.

I watch a ridiculous amount of tv - luckily I get time to watch some of it at work and thankfully with the invention of internet and sky+ I can watch everything whenever it best suits, but my typical weekly lineup currently includes:

    House
    Chuck
    HIMYM
    Mad Love
    Stargate Universe
    Shameless UK
    Raising Hope
    The Biggest Loser US
    The Biggest Loser Au
    Survivor
    Modern Family
    The Middle
    Community
    The Big Bang Theory
    30 Rock
    Outsourced
    Bones
    Supernatural
    The Amazing Race
    Being Human UK
    Corp + Anam
    Ros na Rún

Once they're back on air Doctor Who, The Hard Times of RJ Berger, True Blood, Torchwood, Dexter, The IT Crowd, Misfits, The Walking Dead, Big Brother US, The Apprentice UK and The Apprentice Irl will be added to that mix.

I've got stockpiled episodes of Criminal Minds, Smallville and South Park on the laptop and playing catchup with them, and also have Boardwalk Empire and the first series of Fringe saved up for a rainy day.

I'll be taking up a few new shows soon or at least intend to give them a shot - Game of Thrones, Camelot, Breaking In and Happy Endings. And in September there'll be a host of more new shows including Terra Nova making my schedule.

As if all that weren't enough I'm rewatching (albeit at a very slow pace and infrequently) Battlestar Galactica, Prison Break, Oz, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, 3rd Rock From the Sun, Seinfeld and Sliders.

I challenge anyone to beat that obscene amount of tv watching... ;):D

There's very few show I actually actively download week by week. Most of them I can skip and marathon the entire series over a couple of days.

    Unmissable Tv
    Nikita
    TVD
    Fringe
Camelot( I know it will be the case)
Lost Girl (Granted I only started watching it a few days ago)
    Dexter
    The Big C
    Sons of Anarchy

    Marathon worthy TV

Spartacus( actually this is probably a must see, but we'll see how it is without Andy)
    True Blood( kinda miss-able though)
    HIMYM
    Modern Family
    30 Rock
    Supernatural
    CSI Vegas
Chuck ( See 'True Blood', and it's such a shame because this used to be one of my faves)
The Event (Think I've given up on this now)
    Justified
    Damages
    Boardwalk Empire
    Big Love
    Weeds
    Leverage

    Not too hectic atm.

    Watching weekly:
    SGU
    Nikita
    The Good Wife
    American Dad
South Park (when it comes back the end of April)
    Fringe

Stockpiling a few shows to watch over summer when i'm at home:
    Brothers & Sisters
30 Rock (used to watch weekly but can't be bothered anymore)
    Southland
The Event (will only watch if it gets a 2nd season, learning from last year's FF)
    Blue Bloods

Will be watching True Blood and Haven this summer, along with a few old series that i haven't seen before...Alias and Farscape. Will also do a rewatch of Firefly as well. only watched it a few weeks ago, but it's just so good i feel it deserves a bit more attention :D

I loved Alias. Never missed an episode of it. I wish it would come back.

    Fringe
    Supernatural
    Smallville
    Onion News Network

    Sat:
    High Stakes Poker

    Sun:
    Breakout Kings
    The Apprentice USA
    Masterchef New Zealand (S2)

Stockpiling a few others that I have to catch up on (The Good Wife, House, Justified, Being Human, SGU, Chicago Code, a few reality shows etc.)

What I enjoyed this year, some are a few years old, a few are cancelled

    Jericho
    Boardwalk Empire
    Spartacus Gods of the Arena
    Damages
    Friday Night Lights
Chicago Code, I'm mad Fox cancelled it
The Shield, watched all seven series during March
Triple Rush, seemed to have been cancelled after three episodes
    Lights Out
    Justified

    What I'm currently watching
    The UK Apprentice
    Game of Thrones
    The Killing

Am going to give Southland and Detroit 187 a go

A severe lack of comedy there I think

hmm seasons over, so my year round schedual is...

An Idiot Abroad (wont be tuning back in)
Better With You (wasted 20 minutes and raised a few smiles)
Boardwalk Empire (looking forward to season 2)
    Breaking Bad (cant wait)
    Californication (long wait :()
Chuck (hoping for an epic final season)
Cougar town (again wastes 20 minutes)
    Covert Affairs (ok summer filler)
    CSI (easy watching)
    CSI miami (easy watching)
    CSI new york (easy watching)
Entourage (final season hoping for epic here)
Eureka (could be better, falls into summer filler territory)
    Fringe (more please)
Game Of Thrones (great stuff so far)
Greys Anatomy (can sway to class and boring in complete randomness)
Haven (interesting first season, we shall see whos who soon)
Hawaii Five-0 (nice bit of action procedural)
House (kinda getting sick of it, hes not much of an anti hero after his antics in the season finale)
How I Met Your Mother (starting to become more miss than hit)
Mad Love (slow start killed it)
Mike and Molly (wastes 20 minutes)
Nikita (cant wait for season 2)
No Ordinary family (not gonna be missed)
Outsourced (was going nowhere, they really restricted how it could evolve)
Rule Of Engagement (pure 50/50 hit and miss)
Sanctuary (great, season 4 going ahead but damn syfy are playing around with it)
Secret Diary Of A Call Girl (a fun insight to prostitution)
Shameless US (some great stuff, have to get around to the UK one)
    Smallville (done and dusted)
Spartacus (jasus this is taking ages)
    Stargate Universe (damn you syfy)
The Big Bang Theory (really picked up in the second half of the season)
The Big C (can be boring, more fo a block viewing show)
The Hard Times of RJ Berger (can be a bit much teenagy at times, plus having a bunch of 30 year old playing teenagers is very distracting)
The Killing (good stuff so far)
The Walking Dead (slow start, but kept me interested, i will return)
True Blood (are they struggling for story in some places)
Two and A Half Men (the king of filler, but can easily put a smile on my face, kutcher will probably kill it)

so 39 shows, 14 20 minute shows, 16 40 minuters, and 9 cable shows that can range from 40 minutes to 1 hour, so about 23 hours of tv a week i would be watching if all these shows aired together, good thing there spaced out during the year

9 of these shows wont be returning, so it will probably open a gap in my schedual :D

As all the seasons have now finished I am having massive withdrawal symptoms from my weekly tv fix.

    My lot was
    Dexter
    Desperate Housewives
    Brothers and Sisters
    HIMYM
    Glee
    The good wife
    One tree Hill
    The middle
    Modern Family
    Bones
    Greys Anatomy
    Private practice
    The big bang therory
    The mentalist
    Body of proof

I am also watching criminal minds but I only started watching it from the begining. So far up to season 6 but slowing down now to drag it out a bit longer.
Gonna pick up some new shows now to watch during the summer months, thinking about Blue Bloods, the vampire diaries and broadwalk empire, but if anyone has any good suggestions let me know!

Gosh what would happen if US telly suddenly ended for some (no doubt) bizarre reason?

Not a worry for me admittedly ;) This weeks viewing

    Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle
    Rubicon
    The Shadow Line
    Lead Balloon
Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace
Welly Telly - The Countryside on Television
    Paul Merton's Birth of Hollywood
    Windfarm Wars
Have I Got a Bit More News for You
    QI XL

plus the odd footie game/film depending.
