I had root canal treatment done on an upper molar a few years ago but the body of the tooth was cracked before I was able to get a crown fitted. I had root canal treatment done on an upper molar a few years ago but the body of the tooth was cracked before I was able to get a crown fitted. I had several temporary fillings done but they didn't last long.

The crack has got worse and the rear of the tooth below the gum is beginning to break up.

What should I expect to pay to get this surgically extracted?
