anyone runner/Triathlon has Pilates

    Hi

    i have join beginners Pilates which start next week, i dunno about it, but i have read book about it or Magzine.. that's good for running/triathlon cos working on core fitness

    so anyone who here have expreince with it, can you advice me or share tip to me, anything details or tip that not make look fool :D in class

    I do it and find it really good , started it cause of a running injury and it def has improved my technique . Best advice is make sure to engage your core as much as possible during the class , it gives stabilty . Also if you exhale during the hard part of each exercise and inhale during the easy part it makes the exercises much easier and helps you engage your core . Best of luck and stick with it :)
