    Hi Folks,

I have started running at the start of the year. Lately I am trying to run 5k but the next day I get dizzy/Lightheaded in the late morning, any tips? Will it just go away?

Sorry but that's not something we can diagnose over the internet. It's always a good idea to visit your GP when beginning a new exercise routine, so that may be your best call.
