Can somebody tell me which agency holds judgement infomation on people who have them, and how to go about getting access to such info myself if required?

    Thanks

Can you clarify your question; it is very difficult to understand.

The question relates to Judgements made against me by an irish bank a few years back. How do i find out where these are, they are not on the ICB report i recently got, so if the ICB does not have record of them, who does?

They should be registered in the High Court. You should check there.

Yeah, go into the Central Office on the ground floor of the Four Courts.

It only contains that weeks judgements. You would need every edition to keep track of everything.

Court Judgments for debts or liquidated amounts are generally not made public unless the Plaintiff registers the details thereof in the Judgment Register maintained in the High Court. If you wish to access details of registered judgments your options are as follows:

    i) Attend at the Central Office of the High Court and pay the fee to inspect the Judgments Register.

ii) Pay a firm of professional Law Searchers to carry out such a search on your behalf.

iii) Subscribe to a commercial service such as Stubbs Gazett and search their online archive.

I hope that this is of some assistance.
