So i'm just wondering are there any games going on in or around Dublin, Not Larps as my better half is more into them than i am, Myself i played shadowrun a while back and was a great laugh but i'm working full time now and can't do anything during the day so it's night time or weekends,

Is their anything such as groups or people from boards to meet up and play a few campaigns or just random games?

If it helps you in any way, several universities have gamer's societies, where you can play. I don't think that they would mind anybody from outside.

I am currently in two campaigns and if you want I can give you more specific information on that. I am just not sure about the rules of posting a link to another forum.

Try the Dark Horse on a Thursday evening. The IGA organise a games night, so a load of gamers can be found drinking/gaming there that night.

If you're still interested I can PM you the link allanb49. In addition, since you said, weekend would be best, I know this American guy who wants to launch a campaign on weekends. If you want I can put you in touch with him.

Hi Everyone! I'm just over from the states and I am looking for a gaming group to hook up with. I play anything from Dungeons and Dragons to Shadowrun to RIFTS. If I could I would like to get in on a game. Thanks!

Yeah, I'd recommend people either call into the Dark Horse on a Thursday evening and have a chat with the people upstairs, or get in touch with one of the university games societies. They often don't do too much in the summer but can at the least put you in touch with people. I know the Trinity Gamers Society is happy to have non-student members, and you can email them at trinitygamers@gmail.com
