    Hello,
    Word of expert advice please.

I put an observation against a two storey extension taking place behing my house. The Council came back saying they were granting permission but with certain conditions and stated that no activity was to take place until new plans were submitted and acepted.
However the build has started again and remains the same, the conditoins have not been met and nothing has changed.

I'm going to report the build to the Office of Planning Enforcement.

Has anyone ever gone through this process? I'm also going to take the matter to An Bord Planeala.
Any and all advice greatly appreciated - will An Bord Planeala help?

    many thanks

Are you ceertain the revisions have not been agreed? It is possible that this could have been sorted in days after the grant of planning.
Had the full grant of planning been issued - 28 days after initial decision. I have known many builds to start upon receipt of just the decision to grant without commencement notice r any conditions being considered.
Do your research and if you are sure of the situation, put it in writing to Enforcement.

How do you know that the new plans haven't been submitted already?

An board planeala is there so that decisions can be appealed. Not enforcement.
go to them if you want to appeal the councils decision to grant. But it could easily be too late.

Email the enforcement dept. of the local authority.
They tend to react pretty quickly, and will keep you updated on developments.
(Remember to keep notes, and take photographs for your own records)

Many thanks... I checked with Planning Enforcement and they're sending an officer.
