Currently started a training contract, but thinking of leaving and looking to start in another firm before my contract becomes permanent. Know it be hard to find another job but can't stand being there. Don't get on well with the senior assigned over me. Worried that if I leave I wont find another job. But hoping the fact I have a good degree and masters in accounting from a Dublin university will help me secure employment. Haven't much time left to decide. any advice appreciated.

I'd suggest that you suck it up for a little while. I know it's easier said than done, but the more experience you have, the easier it will be to get another job. You might be assigned to another senior in a few months, you might end up liking it more after a while. I'm assuming that you're a trainee chartered accountant, if you get another job and you do leave after your probation all you need is for your old employer to let you out of contract, if they won't, then you could move to ACCA who are less rigid about training contracts.
