Just curious to know, if a course is flat or mostly downhill how much time will it shave off your average time or PB time?

Over what distance, and how hilly was your PB course?

I meant just in general. I guess the best way to judge improvement is time over previous time doing the same course...

Compare you result to the people in the race rather then the time might give you a better idea. if you beat someone in the first race and they beat you in race two etc
