Higher Education Grant for Masters

    Hi guys,
I'm currently in the process of finishing my degree in UCD, and considering what to do when i'm finished. I think i'm going to apply to do a Masters in UCD, and i'm just wondering about getting a grant. I'm currently receiving a Higher Education grant from my local council.
However, i've recently moved house to Kilkenny, and therefore won't be able to apply to my previous council (DL/R). Will this have any bearing on applying for a grant in the Summer?
Also, does anyone know how much a grant will cover in fees? The masters i'm looking at is about €12000, and i've heard grants can cover about half this?? Is there a maintainence grant throughout the year, like an undergrad would receive?
Finally, if i can get a grant (which i should be able to) will it increase cause my home is now over the 56km from my college??
    Cheers
