As long as you don't require digital mapping, this model an excellent choice. Main screens are:
Setup where you can enter waypoints etc
Digital Compass with 2 custom fields
    Elevation Cross Section
"Data Page" where you can scroll through 7 custom fields.
A "map" page which shows your current route, waypoints and track as a top down image

There are 46 custom fields to choose from - sunrise, ambient pressure, avg this, total that, glide ratio, altitude etc etc. I have mine set one way for hiking and another way for mountain biking but data is recorded for all fields so you if you want you can easily flick through them if you need to check more.

Specifications aside, it's comfortable to wear on the wrist and can be attached easily to rucksack straps (and Steyrs, just forward of the magazine well). Battery life is excellent and the navigation through the screens is quite straightforward. The only main grip is that it takes a long time to enter waypoint names due to the lack of buttons. The fabric strap is closed with velcro, attaches via two pins and can be removed completely if required. Also comes with a strap extender for those with bigger wrists.

And yes, if you program the coordinates of your LZ, and enter windspeed, you can use it to calculate your HAHO jumps :P

Edit - photo showing size in comparison to a fairly standard G-shock (tiny wrist may cause devices to appear larger!)
