Car keys robbed, insurance and nct?

keys to the car were robbed from the house and i have no way of getting into my car tried everything besides breaking a window, so i have to get new locks and ignition, im with quinn and they pay up to €435 for lost or stolen keys for replacing locks etc, im just wondering the fact that the car is not ncted would a claim…
