Using MLDownloader to create a database of historical stock prices?

I have downloaded and installed MLDownloader and I want to create a database of stock prices for use with Metastock. I am interterested in ISE, LSE, Dow, Nasdaq, etc... Could someone please tell me where I can get at least 20 years of historical data (price and volume) and a source of daily updates. Pleaese speak slowly!…

Pleaese speak slowly! Please describe the process in detail. I would be very grateful. It's been a while since I've done this and I can't remember anything about it.

I'm interested in trading very large and liquid assets.
