Transfering from Ipod to Iphone??

    Hi All,

    Have purchased an Iphone, had previously an Ipod and I want to transfer all my songs and albumns etc to iphone. can this be done??

    I have tryed connecting phone in to laptop when I am in itunes but it doesnt sync??

    any help greatly appreciated.....
