My misses bought a pair of Jimmy Choo boots a few years ago, cost a fair few quid, pic attached. Anyway, the other night she noticed that the heel on one of the them had bent forward. Is there any repair shop in the city that could fix this for her? Are there specialist shoe shops for designer shoe repairs? Any info would…

The Jimmy Choo concession in Brown Thomas will most likely have a contact that they give out for repairs, someone who is tried and tested!
