anyone else having problems with boots slide film service?

    I just want to know if anyone else has been using the boots own brand 200ISO process paid films lately as in the past 12 months I've been having major problems with it. The most recent drama is that my films were sent to someone else who kindly returned them but there were 14 frames missing & 6 months ago I was sent 3 rolls of someone else's which I sent on to them. I was just wondering am I really unlucky or has anyone else had the same experience???
