I'm turning 16 in the next 2 weeks and I'm wondering if I apply and pass for the Theory Test for a tractor licence before the 4th of April, would I be exempt from the new rules coming in?

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, and just really confused!

Thanks in advance for any help :)

You have to pass the theory test and have applied for your learner permit before the 4th to be exempt from the new rules. If you keep your theory test cert and apply after the 4th the new rules will apply to you.
