Vodafone online store

Hey,

Has anyone used this and ever had any problems or anything? Was thinking of buying a phone from them as it's nearly €80 cheaper than in store:eek:

If anyone has experienced problems, were the problem sorted out quickly? And if there was a problem with the phone, can it be brought into a Vodafone store?

I've bought from them a couple of times and had no issue what so ever. Ordered phone around 11am on one and received it by registered post the next.

As long as it's not a blackberry torch you should be ok,customer service aren't very helpful so fingers crossed nothing goes wrong.

I was thinking of getting the BlackBerry Pearl 9105, this one; https://www.vodafone.ie/df/prepay/upgrade/index.jsp?handset=9105&manufacturerSelected=ALL

Should I avoid buying it online and get it in-store?

my experience was with the torch not the pearl so it might be ok,looking at the link you gave you only save €30 on a pay as you go pearl.If I was you I'd buy it in the shop,they always refund the money but they wanted a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card,which I wasn't prepared to do after all it was there fault not mine and if the transaction goes wrong if it's not automated they can't help you or won't not sure which

In my local VF store I was told the phone costs €299.99 with them, surely the price wouldn't vary from shop to shop?
