How does Cash on Delivery work?

I'm looking to sell some tickets to someone in the midlands, and want to do cash on delivery. I've done it before years ago but forget if it was An Post i went through, and how it works? Also how would it work selling them through paypal to the person, as i have a paypal account set up? Thanks

Paypal would be a lot less trouble. The person you're selling to doesn't even need a paypal account, just a credit card.

UPS have a COD facility ,not sure if it's for business customers though.
