Late discoverer of neil young. I know i should be ashamed.

Anyway. Fav song is heart of gold because Roxette done a version which i loved as well.

TBH i love all his music so much its hard to pick. I find his songs have moments and his story telling wonderful.

I adore the story of the man staying on his land and is questioning how he could afford it all and neil young says "Just lucky i guess"

It strikes a chord of "I am here and loving it"

Philidelphia would be a great parting song but i am more likely to want keep on rocking in the free world

    Down by the river
The needle and the damage done
Rockin' in the free world (i'll be cheeky and say both versions)
    Cortez the killer
    Harvest moon

Very tough to limit it to just 5, er 6.

Today, the top 5 would be:

    Like a hurricane
Keep on rocking in the free world
    I am a child
    Tonights the night

but I could probably keep going to top 50

An almost impossible question, but first five to spring to mind would be:

    Cortez The Killer
    Powderfinger
    Pocahontas
    Thrasher
    Crime In The City

I could go on plenty more though and choose a total different five in an hour.

So tough! Hmmmmm. Off the top of my head:

    Journey through the Past
    Cowgirl in The Sand
    Thrasher
    Old Man
    Don't Cry No Tears

Actually, that was impossible, he has too much material!
