    Hi

Just wondering does anyone know if it's possible to lease a car in Ireland for a year? It's possible in the states where you lease a car and return it 1-2 years later for another one.

    Thanks!

You won't get a lease as a private individual afaik, only as a company.

Yup, finance houses will only look at leasing for companies.

Theoretical question but what if I'm a sole trader? Will they do a lease on just one vehicle or is there a minimum no. of vehicles required?

Why companies only - Is it that the figures dont make as much sense if person is not VAT registered?

I cant see how financially, companies are safer bet for the finance.

You can if you are a sole trader. I thought about it last year and ROR gave me prices etc. I am a sole trader and I am not LTD.
