Damp getting into garage through roof

There seems to be damp getting into a part of my garage. It's discolouring bricks along the effected area and seems to be seeping in through the concrete roof. It's a semi-d house and the garage is joined to a neighbours garage

I can remember someone painting some sort of sealant on it years ago ... but I popped up to Atlantic today and couldn't find anything! I was too proud to ask someone, so I said I used to anonymity of Internet ;)

Can anyone recommend what I should be using?

Laybond do various products, I think one of the cheaper would be rufabrush.
