There's a few chemists in Dublin airport, could you not just buy them from the chemist?

There's only one chemist, and it's before you go through security. There's a shop on the other side that sells suncream and stuff like that, but isn't actually a chemist, dunno if they sell condoms tho!

Public toilets in places like that are very likely to have condom vending machines. Unfortunately, all toilets look pretty much the same and so I cannot recall what exactly is hanging on the walls at DUB airport... but there should be condom machines.
