This may be a case of internet love but I have really fallen for this one. Anyone else here been with her? seems like a good machine for the price and looks like a better package than the A4(B8) and the new Accord (2008)

What would you go for out of these 3?

IS220d is not very refined, the gearing is all wrong, has very noticable turbo lag and fuel consumption is not great.

Take a look at the BMW 320d.

The power delivery is terrible on them and 6th gear is unusable unless you're doing 90 mph.
They're better than an A4 but a 320d is a much better package even though its not that pretty.

I'll echo the above comments. IS220 isn't as good as it sounds on paper, or as good as it looks. I do like the cooling seats in the exec model though.

New model Accord is very good to drive and would be my pick of those 3 in either EX or Type S specification.

Don't know what year / budget you are looking at, but there is probably better value for money in the 318d/320d. Quite a few 08 Edition models advertised - they had a few extra's thrown at them before the facelift in 08.
