Hi folks

I was looking at going back swimming with the masters sessions again.I have been out of touch with swimming for the past few years but am looking to get back into it again and improve my fitness and as an all round swimmer.
I have been doing abit myself but the master sessions are alot more benficial with proper swimming drills and learning new techniques etc etc.
Sundays well SC is in my area and i was wondering does anyone have any info regarding joining masters sessions.
