Also, a girl last week who I don't know started talking to me in the gym. (I wasn't very responsive), was she giving me an indicator of interest?

However you mentioned this was in a gym. Are you sure you didn't mean kitchen?

Well OP, when a women initiates conversation with a man it means she definitely wants to havesex with him. I think you should operate with this in mind the next time a woman talks to you in the gym.

Really it depends how good looking you are in relation to how good looking she is. If you are on a similar level looks wise I'd bet she was interested.
