can i trace a persons details using just credit card details?

    I need to get a persons phone number/email address using only their name and credit card details. Can this be done?

    With regard to getting an email address/phone you won't have a chance but you could try to contact the issuing bank and request that they get their customer to contact you or ask them to pass on a message to them. It really depends on who you get and also depends on the issue.

    The issuing bank can be identified by the first few digits of the credit card, the BIN number (Bank Identification Number)
