Well after a long time counting the pennys i picked up a 3D tv for my self and they are something else. I have seen 3D Samsung but there a bit crap also i have seen the Phillips and the same but after seeing the Panasonic i had to have that one it was cheaper then the Samsung and 2 inchs bigger

SO far i have played a few games in 3D

Call Of Duty Black Ops is great in 3D a lotter better then with out it and really makes you fell your in the game

Kallzone 3 3D Demo is the best game i have seen in 3D and With the stupid PS move it really fells like your on the battle fields

Super StarDust HD its a ok game but is very cool when the rocks come down onto the plant you fill like there comeing from some where else

Motorstorm 2 3D Demo is great and makes for some great game play add ons like when your going over a ramp you fill like your car is comeing of the tv

Wipeout hd is maybe the funist games in 3D due to the ship looking likes its fulting out of the tv and your menus and a extra layer two

All i will say is that 3D adds a lot to video games and i am hpeing that more and more games will use it soon because it adds so much to the game and makes games harder because you fell your in the game

Anyone need to no anything about 3D gameing on the PS3 ask away

But the onlyi dont wont to see in this thread is giveing out about 3D tvs and films and may as well say the glasses this thread is for people who enjoy 3D gameing not giveng out about it because they dont have the money to buy a 3D tv and just say its bad even do 98 % of people have never set down and used a 3D for real

i think the call of duty series has been 3d compatible since modern warfare.
i have a 3d laptop and am getting it.

edit: maybe you can just get 3d versions of them now, i dunno.

Nope! Black Ops does have a 3D feature, but it is not the Full 3D experience thats on Killlzone3, GT5. etc.

That is ture that Black ops is not the the full 3D game but Killzone 3 is something else in 3d i will say it just adds so much fun to it a real 3D game seller if your looking for a 3d tv

I've been playing 3D games on the PC for the last 18 months, and I can honestly say the initial wow factor wears off very quickly.

Yea the wow factor might were off, but what are you opinions of it now?? Is it still amazing? Way better than normal 2D gaming??

Just as a matter of interest how much did you pay for your new TV?

Dead Space in 3D? Great no more sleep for me for the next few days.:)

I'm actually dying to get a 3D tv. You mention your eyes get tired. Any other side effects? Just think if I got one I'd play until the seizures set in.

I paid 800 with a pair of glasses its a Panasonic Full HD 3D Plasma TV
    got it in DID

No i find no sickness what so ever from it but sometimes you will have to rub your eyes but DEAD SPACE 2 would be great because with things jumping at you it would be great and the darkness will not be a problem one bit

Also after seeing a 3D LED LCD and plasma TV i will say go for a plasma because they can use 3D a Lot better then a LED which gets a lot of gosting

If your going to be getting a 3DTV and using it mainly with your PC then I suggest you get an LCD.

Gran Turismo 5 is fantastic in 3D, especially if you're driving in first person. Terribly realistic, and I don't even drive. :D
