4X4 passenger or commercial

I am looking to buy a 4x4 which will be used by myself only and I will be using it for towing. I can buy either a commercial or passenger, but I rarely ever have passengers in my current car at the moment. Due to my own buisness I can tax/insure a commercial. My query is should I bother with the commercial at all or just buy a passenger. The difference in price is about 2K. Difference in tax is about €500 per year. Not a whole lot and I am wondering should I get the passenger in the belief that it might have a better resale value in about 3 years. Year I am looking at is 2006/2007.

I think the towing aspect will probably deter a lot of buyers anyway later so go with what's cheaper now.
You can buy a passenger, take seats out/convert it and then just convert it back later?
