my gf was at dentist today. they took an x ray and said she had a baby tooth that was not going to last much longer

Dentist recommended an implant, which would be fine if it weren't for three factors:

1 we are leaving on the 1st June on a 5 month trip to Australia and Asia.

2 we are attending a wedding in May that she does not want to be toothless for, naturally

3 she was quoted 4k for the implant

it seems like it will be cutting it very fine to get an implant and crown fully fitted before we leave the country and we certainly don't want to leave in the middle of treatment

what other options might there be?
    pray the tooth stays in?
    bridge?
    temporary denture?

    thanks in advance

Those are the 3 other options available
The temp denture could be constructed very quickly once the tooth is lost or even before the tooth is lost
