Anyone had problems with StrawberryNET ???

    Hi all

I ordered from StrawberryNET.com last week, haven't been on it in a while but there were a good few deals so I bagged myself a Perfume (Borghese 'Il Bacio'), MAC eyeshadow, and got a few freebies too.

I just got my order today - very prompt - but I was very dismayed when I tried on the fragrance. I used to wear IL Bacio for years and loved it, tried it on at a friends' house recently and revived my plan to get a bottle. I know the smell well - but this smelled VERY different - different perfume notes, much sweeter when you spray it out and it soured on my skin within minutes! Then when I held it up to the light, I could also see a tiny hair floating in the bottle.... NOT impressed!

They say on their site that everything they sell is 100% genuine and there may be "minor variances" in the quality or packaging as they have many different sources, but come on this is ridiculous. Also they say they can't take returns on perfumes due to aviation laws i.e. you can't post liquids (ummmm so how did they post it to me to begin with....???)

Anyone else have this problem with them?? Just don't know what to do and I'm SO disappointed! :(

Just an update for anyone interested, as I think it's only fair.... I just received an email back from StrawberryNET customer service and, while they said not to send the perfume back to them, they offered me a full refund and I can dispose of the perfume myself. So, I'm impressed with the customer service - won't be buying perfume from them in the future, but definitely will return to purchase makeup and skincare!

    :)

Get in touch with their customer service straight away. There is clearly something wrong with the perfume.
