As requested, here is my take on this:

The offer of "€50 for the lot posted" can not be construed as an offer of asking as it would not be reasonable to think that (as the the asking price was €49) the postage would be covered by €1.

Technically Bolas has the best offer here and should be first in line. Harveey's offer was conditional and the conditions weren't met. DeBurca, if you offer asking + postage then you'll get in line, as it is your offer is not valid under the rules.
