    Hi all,

    Can anyone help me please?

I have recently started working in River Island. I can't get my head around my pay slip, there's something called 'unpaid hours' which is being taken off from my wages:confused::confused:. Can someone help me with this??
    Thanks

I'm not sure, maybe its tax? If you're uncertain you should really ask a manager and they'll explain it to you.

How many hours a week are you supposed to work? If are contracted to work 16hrs a week for eg but only worked 12 then the hours you didnt work would be ''unpaid hrs ''
Tax and usc charges wouldnt show up as unpaid hours.
Have you asked anybody in work what it is?

Locked. Not really a F&A issue. OP the only way to know for sure is to ask your manager.
