    can anyone recommend a decent site to download free ebooks for android? i've found a few but all of them i've tried have hardly any books to download. using laputa ereader, which is handy enough, but no good with nothing in it to read!!!

    Download the "Amazon Kindle" app,
    click on "Kindle Store" and select "Free popular classics", there's tonnes of books for free. (you just need to register with Amazon, if you haven't already)

    Also Project Gutenburg has over 33,000 free e-books to download.

    Theres several channels on the various IRC networks serving ebooks. Have a google around.
