I got Invoince from DHL

My ite4m was stuck on custom and I went DHL office and collect my item last friday. I have received invoice 20.58 from DHL today in post. What you think should i have to pay it? Even I have to pay why they didint charge when i collect my item? Lokk for our advise Thanks
