Hi, Got Sky installed yesterday. I notice within the EPG that channel 101 gives both BBC1 London and RTE1, and channel 102 gives me BBC2 England and RTE2. This is all very confusing. Is there a cure or can anyone advise what to do?

    Many thanks

Yup, plug it out from mains, and back in again.

God bless ya, many thanks. Any explanation as to why that happened? ?

Has been happening since latest version of software was rolled out, happens when cards are MI'd and sometimes with callbacks.
Even a software update prior to card activation isn't guaranteed to stop it.
Your installer should have sorted it while he was there.

Meh, He was a particularly nasty fella, turned on me at one stage. I have a written complaint sent to sky about him.

Did he set up your remote to operate your television, and add utv, bbc3/4 etc to the other channels menu?
Unfortunately there's a few like him, giving other decent installers a bad name.

No, He spent a few mins showing me the system and told me the 101,102 channel issue would resolve itself after about an hour. TBH I was glad to see him leave, he was intense and pretty rude.
