where/who to service a treadmill?

the mat seems to be creasing a bit, and im unsure what would be the cause, ive tried losening it and tightening it and neither seems to make a difference, anyone know where does it, or more preferably if someone could come to the house?

call one of the local gyms, they would tell you who to contact.

thanks guys, its only a domestic machine so not sure if the gym would know, silkie is that a crowd from cork? do they do calls in waterford or have they a local branch?

They come up to the southeast once ever 1/2 weeks. They replaced the master control board in my machine at home 250 Euro ouch!
