Bret Hart recently answered a series of question via his new Twitter account. When asked his opinion of Hulk Hogan, Hart had the following to say…

"Hogan's nothing but a two-faced, backstabbing, steroid freak who deserved everything he got."

Hogan responded to Hart with the following…

"Listen to where Bretts speaking from,it's funny he's done everything he's saying I did. HH"

Well Hart has now responded to Hogan, writing the following…

"@HulkHogan4Real That's not what John Graziano thinks, dickhead."

All of the above is ripped from ewrestlingnews.com

I read this on another forum, and there's actuallt more that bret hart has to say other then his comment about Hogan.

    Here's what Hart talks about
Influence for him in wrestling: "Probably Dory and Terry Funk or my older brothers"

Current wrestler that has the most promising ability: "Daniel Bryan"

Current status with WWE: "We're on excellent terms but no plans for anything right now."

Still holding a grudge with Bill Goldberg?: "Never had one. I have great respect for Goldberg. What happened to me was an accident."

Favorite angle he was involved in: "Canada vs USA angle with the Hart Foundation"

Is Melina still his favorite female wrestler?: "Her, Nattie Neidhart, Beth Phoenix, and Gail Kim are the best female wrestlers today"

Thoughts on Randy Savage: "Of all the wrestlers I know, I probably miss Randy Savage the most. He's a hero of mine."

Does he feel Hulk Hogan avoided a match with him?: "I know he did"

Would he induct Shawn Michaels in the WWE HOF?: "I would like to induct Shawn but Triple H makes more sense."

Which of the Hart Brothers, who were never in WWE, could have been successful in WWE : "Smith"

Best all around in ring performer in WWE: "Right now Orton, Sheamus, McIntyre, and Mysterio. Super dedicated."

Most rewarding aspect of his return last year: "Reuniting the Hart Family in a concerted effort with a joyous ending."

Thoughts on MVP: "Great wrestler and a great guy and I look forward to his return someday."

His favorite period as Champion: "1997"

His closest friend in wrestling: "Roddy Piper"

His match with Diesel at Survivor Series '95: "It's always been one of my personal favorites. Pretty solid match. And the table wasn't gimmicked."

Do any of his brothers still train wrestlers?: "My brother Bruce pretends to, but it's more a school where you learn everything not to do. My brother Smith has a school in Barrie, Ontario"

Thoughts on the Miz: "I like him. Always liked him. Just wish he'd give me a title shot."

Does he regret his time in WCW?: "I wish I never left WWE, if that's what you mean"

Thoughts on Tyson Kidd: "He had a strong year but it looks like he's going to have to work his way back around."

Thoughts on John Cena: "One of the hardest working guys in the history of the WWE."

Last time he spoke to Owen's kids: "It's been so long, I can't remember. Maybe six months after he died."

Thoughts on CM Punk: "I think he's uniquely gifted. By the time his career is over, he'll be recognized for his greatness."

Best Canadian wrestler: "I still count Benoit. But Edge is killer. no pun intended obviously"

Does he watch TNA? How he would improve their product?: "I don't watch TNA. I'd have Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff tar and feathered."

Any regrets?: "I wish I reached out a little harder to Bulldog, Crush, and Test."

Least favorite move to take: "A Powerbomb"

Thoughts on ROH: "Nothing but respect. Some of the hardest workers in the business."

Who created The Sharpshooter?: "Sure as hell not my brother Bruce."

Thoughts on Wade Barrett: "I thought he was the hottest heel in the business. As a fan, I hope they didn't drop the ball."

Thoughts on David Hart Smith: "I'm patiently waiting for him to find his greatness. HIs time will come. Mark my words."

Favorite match: "vs. Austin @ Wrestlemania."

Will we see Owen in the HOF?: "I sure hope so."

Thoughts on the Iron Man Match with Shawn Michaels: "I was concerned with the difficulty but I never had any doubts about my ability."

Thoughts on Michael Cole: "Michael Cole does a piss poor job of putting over a lot of the talent. He couldn't lace Jim Ross' shoes up."

His relationship with Shawn Michaels: "Shawn and I are on good terms and we stay in touch."

Working as a heel against Jerry Lawler in USWA: "Working with Lawler was fun and easy."

Thoughts on Tiger Mask: "Tiger Mask was ahead of his time. Next to Rey Mysterio, he was the best lightweight"

His relationship with Triple H: "I'm on decent terms with HHH, too."

Favorite match he was not involved in: "Lesnar vs. Angle at WrestleMania"

The best Japanese wrestler: "Tatsumi Fujinami"

Thoughts on Hulk Hogan: "Hogan's nothing but a two-faced, backstabbing, steroid freak who deserved everything he got."

Bret has learned how to use Twitter pretty quickly over the last few days! I'm incredibly biased as Bret Hart is may favourite wrestler, but he is not exactly wrong about Hogan being a díckhead. Bret is not whiter than white himself, but the Huckster really did disappear up his own ass in about 1986.

Do many here follow wrestlers on Twitter?

Bit off topic but did he say Edge was better than Benoit. If he did he'd want to get his head examined again.I know what Benoit did was unforgivable but he was a way better wrestler than Edge ever was.Got a chill down my spine thinking of a match between these two.
EDIT That wasn't a chill wanted to see it it was a chill of watching a match where the two participants couldn't take a Wrestling Move.

Good to see him praising Sheamus hopefully he can work his way back into favour. If he needed taking down some then hopefully he's paying attention and will keep up a high standard of work which should pay off in the long run.

Hogan is wrestling poison and deserves every little bit of stick he gets as far as wrestling is concerned. i still have great respect for his charity work and what he does for kids

I didn't know Bret was such a fan of Sheamus. Good stuff.

Interesting read, that John Garziano comment was a bit below the belt.

Edge might not a better technical wrestler, but as a professional wrestler, he is the better all round performer.

He didn't say he thought Edge was better. He said "I still count Benoit, but Edge is killer". Obviously, he means he still considers Benoit the best, but Edge is probably the best at the moment.

Besides - Benoit is a better "wrestler" than Edge. But he was nowhere near the level of Entertainer as Edge.

I'm sure Bret is also factoring in Edge's mic work which can be very good as we've seen before. Benoit is obviously miles ahead of Edge(and the vast majority of wrestlers past or present) in the ring, that's a given.

I dont get why everyone is thinking that because bret said sheamus was one of his favorites going is a big deal.
To me, the fact that he names Drew McIntyre is a bigger deal. If anyone could do with a little bit of a rub off a legend, its him, not sheamus.

Big red is one of big noses buddies, so in that respect he is kinda sorted, but drew has no one really in his corner. One could argue that mr macmahon is a fan, but who knows if that is still the case.

I think thats 100% just Sheamus is Irish so the bit about him becomes more interesting, though its nice to see other big names in the industry beside trips giveing him praise.

Drew still seems to be rated imo going on recent SD's where he has never not been involved recently even tho the thing with Kelly Kelly could make him look a bit sad but if there is any woman you could accept him being a tool over, she could make the cut.

Hunter and HBK were huge fans of Drew last year, Melz said on a free podcast he was expected to win MITB but they got annoyed with him around Mania time.

Yeah, iirc, a tape was leaked whereby Hulk told his son that the crash wasn't his fault, and that what happened the other kid was karma...

    Here's one link discussing it...

    http://manodogs.blogspot.com/2008/05/nick-hogans-jail-tapes.html

    Relevant experts...

Not long ago, his son, Nick Hogan, was involved in a DUI which left the passenger, John Graziano, bed-ridden and crippled for the rest of his life - he is now in a permanent, vegetative state. Hogan received all of eight months in jail... and now tapes have surfaced, wherein he and his mother complain that he is being unfairly treated because of the size of his cell and the lack of windows!

Further, Nick and his father have the nerve to blame the victim! In essence, they lay the blame on the victim for being "negative" and suggest that this tragedy is the result of Divine intervention!

The tapes include a conversation between father and son, where Nick instructs him to go ahead and make the deal for a new reality show based on Nick's "ordeal." At no point do any of the Hogans ever once express even the slightest amount of remorse, regret, or responsibility for what they have collectively done to an innocent - regardless of however "negative" - young man.

The tapes, afaik, are also on youtube.
