im just wondering how long after i recieve the certificates should i expect the money in my account, im wondering do they transfer the money when they update the certs or does it go on to another dept?

I have not applied for the same benefit as you on PAYE online, but have been refunded money due to other benefits claimed online and generally you should see the refund in your bank account within three working days of receiving notice from them that you are entitled to money back.
