    http://www.mcguireprogramme.com/

They have an Irish branch. About ten years ago i worked in a shop in town and a guy came over to me and told me (without stammering) he had a stammer and he was on the mcguire program and he had to introduce himself to ten strangers to help him get over the nervousness of speaking to strangers he gave me a card and I will never forget him he was really brave.

    1. Travel, become free and footloose for a while (this worked for me; in my case it was Holland -for 1 month- and a few glasses of absinthe here and there and couple of smokes)... who knows what kicked in but I was cured when I came back)

    2. Don't give a sh.it what anyone thinks of how you speak

This is essentially what the McGuire program does, it desensitizes you to stammering. The difference between a stammerer and a recovered stammerer is one is completely desensitized and the other isn't.
