if bangla lose vs everyone else, what happens? do we make it?

provided that we win vs NL with a high nuff run rate, and can have a close game vs everyone else?

what happens if bangla wins against NL but loses against everyone else? and we win vs NL?

IMO they should have swapped ireland with either NZ or pakistan when drawing the groups, would have been more competitive, right now group B is too easy cause all the 4 power houses will make it out anyway.

only 4 get through so realistically we need to target wins against Holland & The West Indies

Assuming every other game is won by the bookies fav the group then ends up

    India 11pts
    South Africa 10 pts
    England 7 pts
    Ireland 6 pts
    Bangladesh 4pts
    W Indies 4 pts
    Holland 0 pts

wouldnt it be more realistic to see england going out rather than windies? since they've a tie and have lost against us already, windies have a high NRR, england's is pathetic

No not really. Despite how poorly England are playing right now its very hard to look beyond them beating the West Indies & Bangladesh obviously anything can happen but law of averages they win these games.

besides which NRR is a non event as a tie breaker for England to be honest as a result of England having had a tie. Unless there are some more draws it becomes moot, NRR is only the 3rd tie breaker

First is wins, so even a team having an NR and finishing level with England finished behind onthat tie breaker, unless you are suggesting another draw in the group which whould be long odds to say the least.
