Stretching shoes

    Does anyone know anywhere i can get shoes stretched, I have a pair that are a bit to tight,

    Well, there's a laundry/shoe cobbler in James street across from the bookies. I had a pair of boots stretched there. Not only was it pretty cheap (I think a tenner) but the guy is really sound.

    You can buy a can of leather stretcher in Clarks.. Works really well and it's dead cheap.. Doesn't need to be real leather either, it'll still stretch em out good for you ;)

    A girl in the drapery section in my local Dunnes once told me, wet a potato and peel it, after its peeled, wet it again, pat it dry with a towel and put it at the toe of the shoe/boot and it'll stretch and won't leave any marks.

    Never tried it myself so don't know how well it works mind.
