Mondeo Issue

    Hi all,
    Have an issue with a 2003 Ford Mondeo at the minute. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to start, other times it tries for a few seconds and then cuts out. Pushing the accelerator in as its starts seems to allow it start quicker.
    The other issue is that sometimes when driving along, the car stutters and cant get an power down. This especially happens if you are in a higher gear, eg: moving off from a ramp in 3rd gear and the car just jumps along. It also seems to be going through a lot of oil.

    Are they both related? Is it a coil pack issue? Car has had a full service, clutch and gearbox replaced in the last 1000 miles, and since then, these issues have been happening.

    Any advice would be appreciative.
