They look like Pigalle to me - http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/48417

But without seeing the front it's pretty impossible to say for sure.

They may no longer be available - they don't do every shoe every season. Some will just be no longer available - was it a recent episode? Again without a view of the toe, it's pretty hard to guess what it might be. Have a look at saks and neimans, you may find them there. Best of luck!

I do find with mine (have two pairs) that the toe is very narrow and short, and can be very uncomfortable. Hopefully your fiance will be luckier!

Suede shoes are hard to keep so Id probably recommend any of the leather pairs.

ams is right, if you have to go outside suede is a pain. If your gf is happy to wear a heel that is literally six inches, and already wears shoes that high quite often, then any of them are fine... I think the platform on the daffodile is a bit OTT though to be honest, would prefer the other styles, and would prefer a closed back to a slingback.

Bear in mind the sizes vary between styles as well as far as I know (some "run small" apparently)! It's very complicated, this designer shoe thing.

OP, id advise getting them in a bricks and mortar shop. I bought a pair for my OH and its a good thing we went into the shop to get them as the Size wasnt exact for her. The lady in the shop was quite helpful (as you can imagine they would be) and advised on the size and as they are leather they stretch a bit and they fit her 100%. Also I remember she wanted the larger heel, but once she went to the shop to try them on she went for a smaller one (which is still a large heel if you ask me)

She also advised us on a shoe shop that puts a little red leather protector on the underside of the shoe so all the red colour doesnt come off when walking.

I got them in Harvey Nicks but Brown Thomas have some distribution rights over them now apparently.

I never understood the appeal of the shoes but the OH loves them so if shes happy im happy ha ha

I am so jealous of your wife! Personally Id go for the black pumps, there timeless and would go with so many different outfits. Have to agree with previous poster about buying them in a store, shoe sizes vary so much, it might be safest to by in store.
