    what happens if a company does not honour a labour court recomendation in relation to redundancy!
    union says there is no recourse but on legal advise there matbe anyone have any imput..?

    while you wont get legal advice here the LRC ruling is only a recommendation either based on understanding of the rules or it was the best of both worlds.

    be prepared to wait however engage a solicitor to make contact with your previous employer

    The labour court is not a proper court in the sense of giving a legal decision both parties need to adhere to and should honestly be renamed to labour advisory board or something instead...
