Am looking for the best pumped electric Shower - ie Tank fed - As far as I can tell the higher the KW rating the better as I need it to heat the highest possible flow of water to a decent level (?) Is there a 10.5kw or higher pumped electric?

    - Any tips on where to buy online or bricks and mortar at good prices?

Hello, the triton T90xr is the best around. In the republic we only work on 230volts so you wont get any more than 9kw through the cables, don't pay more then 230 for it. It also comes with a 2 year guarantee.

This says it all. Either the Triton T90 or the mira elite 2. Both excellent pumped electric shower.

    Thanks Folks!

    - Does this mean that there's no point in buying over 8.5 kw? (and why?)

Does the t90 come in chrome?!?!?

    Thanks!!!

Well the t90 is sold as a 9kw but that means u will only get just over 8.5kw, if you were to put a 8.5kw in you would get less again, all showers are made for the Uk market so the Kw rating on them are for Uk voltage which is more than we use here-240volts.

the t90 can be got in chrome, its called triton aspirante, it will be more expensive.

    Thanks again!

Is the triton aspirante first generation set to break every 12 weeks junk or a repacked triton T90 with shared spare parts etc and therefore a safe bet?

I dont know but considering the aspirante T90 is about 400 euro as apposed to the t90 price i dont think its junk spares or what ever.

Ive a new Triton T90xr shower, its a good powerfull shower, but its a tad on the noisy side.:(

My sister over in London has a new long and narrow bodied Mira shower in her bathroom, and its allmost too quiet, you barely know its on and running.:D

Anyone know what type of Mira it might be?
