    We will be in France for the finish of le tour i do a bit of cycling http://www.letour.fr/2011/TDF/COURSE/us/le_parcours.html
    but i have never been to the finish in paris
    so can anyone recommend a good campsite near Paris either within cycling distance or with a good transport link to the center of Paris ?

    just been turned away from Camping International de Maisons-Laffitte Paris when i tried to book for July because they have a no double axle policy,so we are still looking for a spot near Paris ?

    Tried to book into a site in versailles(place with the fancy palace)one year but the tour was on and told not a hope without prebooking.So don't go without prebooking.
