Second Postgrad - Grant

I want to do the postgraduate diploma in primary education and would need a grant to help as the fees are so high cost of living etc.

I should qualify for a grant however because I previously obtained a Masters 5 years ago I have heard I cannot get a grant as this would not be seen as 'progression'.

Is this correct? Is there anyway I can get a grant?

Any advice would be really appreciated!:)

Yep, I'm afraid your not entitled to a grant after getting one for a masters. You could consider the UK though. I have a number of friends on grant schemes in the UK as they have a shortage of teachers. You should look into this. You would probably also have better job prospects in the UK.
